1. Acquire
a complete outdoor Absenteeism alarm package, with 20 motion sensors, and a
single base unit, a single mobile phone and 2 GSM cameras.
2. The
connection does not need power from the mains because it is operated by AA- batteries.
3. Install

over the guard management handheld unit to the supervisor, such that they shall
be scheduled patrols and automatic reporting of incidents.

be dismantled and kept safe for the next site. As such, the cost of acquisition
shall be a one time.
The system needs to work together with
the Guard management system, which comes as a package of at least 10 devices.
However, this is optional if the supervision of the Outdoor workers shall
remain manual. However, there shall be a communication breakdown between the Outdoor workers and management, in case of an
alarm. Thus, the fundamental acquisition shall include having the alarm kit and
the employee management system.
Conclusion
Employee
management system at the site with the alarm kit shall ensure that no item
moves out of the site over the fence. Also, the guard management shall ensure
that the Outdoor workers are always
alert and in constant check of the events at the site. Thus, the
recommendations made shall solve the problem and offer a long term solution for
other sites.
